How do I place a delivery order?

Placing a delivery order is very easy. Refer to this video on how most of our users make their deliveries on a daily basis.

How do I track the status of my delivery?

You can track the status of the delivery by login to your account, or you can track it via our public tracking page (https://www.6connect.biz/track).

Parcel size - Do not know which size to select?

Actually do not need to worry too much about selecting wrongly because if really exceed, the courier will inform you of the change in price later. & if it is the only slight difference they are not too particular.

The tricky part is usually when customer select XS parcel & courier send a bike to pick up but the size exceeds the size of the small black box behind the bike, so they will not be able to collect your parcel.

So just ensure you do not select XS parcel when it is bigger than what the box of the bike behind can fit. & for fragile items also do not select XS parcel as a bike is not suitable to take the fragile parcel. If still unsure, I recommend you at least indicate the content of the parcel, like 10~20 caps or t-shirt etc. By looking at the content the courier might know better which vehicle to send to do the collection.

Do you have courier services suitable for E-Commerce type of business?

We have 2 types of E-Commerce delivery.

Within 3 biz day from 9am to 10pm, cannot choose the delivery time.

Time slot delivery where customer can select from time slot ( 9am – 12pm, 12pm – 3pm, 3pm – 6pm, 6pm – 10pm).

For E-Commerce delivery, if there is a failed delivery, the courier will contact the receiver to rearrange the delivery. There is 1 free redelivery available.

For POD, it will usually be in a form of e-signature.

I have a lot of deliveries to do everyday. Is there an easier way to input into the system?

Definitely yes!

I have a delivery job which I cannot find a suitable service. What can I do?

Sometimes things can get complicated. So to solve that, we allow our users to request for a quotation from the couriers on our system. The couriers will submit their offered price and you can choose which courier to award the job to.

Can I restrict my staffs to use a particular courier services?

If you do not wish your staffs to use any couriers other than the one you chosen, you can restrict them to use only the pre-approved couriers that you have chosen.

Can my company make the delivery booking by email or phones?

I am afraid not, as currently the service is offer only by making the delivery booking online.

However, if you are worried that you are not sure how to make the booking online, 6Connect can send their sales rep to your office to show you. It will only take 10mins to learn. If once a while, you are outside & you need to make a delivery urgently, you can still call our office to arrange the delivery for you.

Pre-approved service – why we use it & how to use it?

This is actually used for customer with a special adhocrequest like hamper or frozen parcel delivery etc.

6Connect actually customized a special pricing & customized parcel type for customers to select the parcel type or even delivery to embassy etc.

It is also used when the customer does not want to access all the couriers onboard but only specific courier services etc.

I have made a payment for a courier service via credit card, but there is no option for me to print the receipt?

When you make an online payment, the payment has not yet been deducted from your credit card yet. It is simply an authorization from you to allow us to seek payment from your credit card when the delivery is done.

So, once the assigned courier has accepted and delivered the order, the payment will be deducted from your credit card. Once that has happened, you will be able to print up the receipt as well.
